Adjustable Design for Optimized Performance
The Wing Trap can be configured in multiple ways to match the behavior of target insect species:
– With spacer bars installed, the trap allows pheromone plume flow from all sides, making it suitable for most standard surveillance and monitoring programs.
– Without spacer bars, the bottom section can be folded downward to direct the pheromone plume toward the ground, supporting improved performance for species such as red-banded leafroller and codling moth.
This flexibility allows field technicians to adapt the trap quickly without changing equipment.
